I've been working hard preparing art pieces for my gallery show in April. It's not an easy process either. I usually start with about 50 pieces that I work on over a period of weeks or months. During that time, the number of pieces that I will actually put in the show dwindles down to about 10 or 15. I discard pieces that I think took a wrong direction, look too much like other pieces, or they just don't cut the mustard. It's aggravating because I've invested hours in some of the pieces that I throw out, and I hate wasted time. The three pics here are of artwork that I created for a show last year.
