My show is in 2 days, and I've finally begun the installation process. I found this photo in an old album the other day. It's of me in front of a gallery wall that I plastered with my stickers and posters from about 1996. They were screen printed, relief printed, and photocopied, and I used to bike around the city and wheat paste them everywhere. I remember that the milk carton was a repeated theme in a lot of these. The stickers were printed on found mailing labels, and sometimes didn't even have any words written on them. It was art created for no other reason but to create, distribute, and expose to everyone.
